A New York City based multifamily and commercial real estate owner with over 135 assets in 43 cities, consisting of over 24,000 residential units and over 4 million square feet of commercial property partnered with Worth to review its telecommunication assets across its residential portfolio. Worth agreed to perform its service on a 100% at-risk basis – participating only in a percentage of the revenues Worth generated for the owner. Worth used its experience and scale to provide a comprehensive assessment of the entire portfolio detailing the optimal pathway to drive the maximum revenues from the telecommunication and service providers in conjunction with securing premium features - channel lineups, speeds, service level agreements, and more.  

The Results
In addition to premium features and preferred rates and service standards, Worth secured the owner several million dollars in upfront compensation in exchange for exclusive marketing rights at its properties with several key providers across its portfolio – an amount equivalent to 3 times the initial offers. Worth simplified the process further by utilizing its staff to oversee the entire process, from select service providers to administrating remuneration due to the property.
